As a daughter of immigrants I’ve had a strong desire to help elevate those in need. Through my years at Temple I’ve mentored students pursuing a degree in STEM in efforts to provide them with the best support possible. In pursuing my degree in Bioengineering Devices I make it my goal to break every boundary on my path to success. I plan to create and 

open avenues to make this road possible for the next black Muslim woman engineer in line.
